First Order Discount

When will I receive my first order discount?

A 5% discount is automatically applied at checkout when you place your first order using a registered customer account.

Can I combine the first order discount with other promotions?

No. The discount applies only to non-discounted products and cannot be combined with other offers.


Registration

I forgot my password – what should I do?

Click “Forgot password”, enter your registered email address, and follow the instructions sent to your inbox.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No – you can shop as a guest.
However, having an account allows you to:

  • Checkout faster in the future

  • Track your order status anytime

  • Receive updates about new products, promotions and sales


Orders

Can I cancel my order?

Orders are processed immediately after being placed and cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel, please contact us by email as soon as possible. We may be able to stop dispatch if the parcel has not yet been shipped.

Can I change my order?

Yes – please email sklep@hsr-helmets.pl as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before dispatch.

Will separate orders be shipped together?

Orders sent to the same delivery address are usually combined into one parcel. If the parcel exceeds InPost size limits, it may be shipped in multiple packages.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Poland.


Returns & Exchanges

Can I return a product?

Yes. You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

Can I exchange a product?

Yes – exchanges for a different size or model are available.
